These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided by Uniqoor through its website, mobile app, and other digital platforms.

By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

  • “Uniqoor” / “Platform” – refers to the education discovery platform operated by Sanashri Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
  • “We” / “Us” / “Company” – Sanashri Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
  • “User” / “You” – refers to any person using the platform, including students, institutes, mentors, and visitors.
  • “Services” – includes listing and searching institutes, study materials, mentor connection, digital downloads, communication tools, and analytics.
  • “Content” – refers to all information shared on the platform, including text, images, videos, listings, PDFs, etc.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using Uniqoor, you agree to comply with these terms.
  • You confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the platform with parental consent.
  • These terms are binding on all users including institute institutes, mentors, and content providers.

3. Use of Services

For Students:

  • You may search and compare institutes, mentors, and study materials.
  • You do not need to pay to use search features.
  • You may be charged for premium content like study materials or mentor bookings.

For Institutes:

  • Institutes must create a verified profile to list on the platform.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the listing, pricing, and course details.
  • Listings are subject to approval and may be modified for formatting or clarity.

For Mentors & Study Material Providers:

  • You must provide valid qualifications and upload original content only.
  • You may monetize your content through Uniqoor if permitted.
  • You agree not to post misleading, plagiarized, or offensive material.

4. Payments

  • Students pay only for digital study materials or mentor sessions (if available).
  • Institutes pay for listing, promotions, and lead generation tools.
  • All transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Institute payments are non-refundable. Students are eligible for refunds only under specific conditions (see Refund Policy).

5. Listing Policy

  • We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing found misleading, incomplete, fake, abusive, or violating platform rules.
  • Listing content may be reviewed for quality, SEO, and compliance.
  • Uniqoor may add badges (like “Verified” or “Top Rated”) based on internal algorithms or third-party review validation.

6. User Conduct

  • Misuse, abuse, or hack the platform
  • Post misleading or false information
  • Spam other users or use automation tools
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or copy Uniqoor’s technology or content
  • Violate Indian IT laws or any applicable regulation

7. Content Ownership

  • All platform content, visuals, logos, UI/UX, text, and layout are owned by Sanashri Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable copyright laws.
  • Institutes, mentors, and study material providers retain rights to their uploaded content, but grant us a license to display, distribute, and market it on Uniqoor.

8. Disclaimer

  • Uniqoor is a discovery and listing platform. We are not responsible for actual classroom teaching, study material outcomes, or mentor session delivery unless directly managed by us.
  • We do not guarantee admissions, success rates, or career results.
  • All third-party content is the sole responsibility of its provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
  • Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for services (if any) in the last 3 months.

10. Account Suspension

  • You violate these terms
  • You are found misusing the platform
  • You upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • You fail to verify your identity upon request

11. Refund & Cancellation

  • Students may receive refunds only for study materials under specific conditions (see Refund Policy).
  • Institutes are not eligible for any refunds after payment.
  • All refund decisions are at Uniqoor’s discretion and subject to platform policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you via email or in-app alert.
