Refund Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all users of Uniqoor (operated by Sanashri Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), including students and institutions.
1. For Students (Study Material Purchases)
Students may purchase digital study materials (PDFs, eBooks, practice sets, etc.) provided by Uniqoor and verified third-party educators or institutions.
Refund Eligibility:
- You may request a full refund within 2 hours of purchase, only if:
- The content is not accessible.
- The file is corrupted or doesn't match the description.
No Refunds Will Be Issued:
- If 2 hours have passed since the transaction.
- If the material has already been downloaded or used.
- If the reason is subjective (e.g., "didn’t like it", "too easy", "already had similar content").
Refund Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
2. For Coaching Institutes (Listings & Promotions)
Institutes are charged for services such as:
- Premium Listings
- Highlighted Profiles
- Advertisement Slots
- Lead Generation Services
Refund Policy for Institutes:
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds once a listing, promotion, or ad service has been purchased and activated.
- Partial refunds or credits are not applicable even if the listing is discontinued or deactivated.
Responsibility:
- Institutions are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and listing.
- Uniqoor is not liable for leads, conversions, or user engagement after listing.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be emailed to support@uniqoor.in with the following details:
- Transaction ID
- Reason for refund
- Relevant screenshot (if applicable)
Final Notes
- By making a payment, users agree to follow this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- This policy is governed by Indian law and subject to jurisdiction in Siwan, Bihar, India.
